Is Alaska a walk through state? No

How long does it take to get a temporary license? About 10 business days upon receipt of all necessary documents.

How long is a temp license good for? Six months. It is attached to the permanent license, cannot be applied for separately. Most people do not need it, does not expedite. The ones who should consider it are those who have an original or current state that is not on NURSYS and needs to be verified for the application.

How much does a temp license cost? An additional $50 (for a total of $325) 

How long does it take to get a permanent license? About 10 business days upon receipt of all necessary documents.

How much does a perm license cost? $275, or $325 to include a temporary permit
